Lacey Stone joins The Doctors to embark on a mission to transform the lives of two women!
The celebrity trainer, who appears on the new E! series, “Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian,” is back to help Juliana and Ali drop some weight. Both women are struggling to kick-start their fitness and get on top of their eating habits. They both want to lose 20 pounds and will start Lacey’s program, 8 Weeks to Change, and The Doctors will be with them every step of the way.
“Life gets better when you feel better about yourself,” Lacey tells The Doctors. Her approach involves 3 components: the mental, the psychical and the nutrition and she warns her program is not simple. “It’s the real deal. It’s not easy… I’m teaching them how to be an athlete,” she explains.
Ali, who is 5’4” and weighs 162 lbs., believes she is currently at her heaviest. “I want to look good, I want to feel good,” she shares, saying she wants to tone her legs. Ali's biggest struggle is that she's a stress eater.
Juliana, who is 5’8” and weighs 198, shares she is currently at the heaviest in her life. “I want to lose weight so that I feel more confident about myself,” she says, explaining she wants to work on her stomach and arms. Juliana, like Ali, is also a stress eater, but she confesses that she eats when she's bored too.
Lacey explains that the first step in transforming their bodies is not related to exercise. “I believe that fitness starts in the mind. If you’re not inspired to do it, you’re not going to stay consistent. If you don’t stay consistent, it’s not happening,” she tells The Doctors, saying she will take a long inventory of Juliana and Ali’s lives to determine how to best help them. Her program limits their calorie intake to around 1300 calories and alcohol is off limits. She also sets them up with meal delivery from Klean LA and spin classes from Flywheel Sports.
Follow Juliana and Ali’s progress via The Doctors’ Facebook Live for the next 8 weeks and see Lacey on “Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian” Thursdays at 8/7c on E!
