There's a new school for millennials who are just struggling to do grown-up things. It's called "Adulting School," based in Portland, Maine. Co-founder of the school, Katie Brunelle joins The Doctors to discuss the kind of curriculum that qualifies as adult skills.
"We have workshops where we teach life skills. Everything from basic budgeting, health insurance, how to change a tire. We have four verticals that we focus on: finances, health and wellness, relationships and community, and then make it / fix it."
ER Physician Dr. Travis Stork wonders about the kinds of students that the school is attracting. Katie shares that its mostly young adults, but surprisingly there are also people in their 40's attending the workshops that they find interesting.
