ER physician Dr. Travis Stork’s new book, “The Lose Your Belly Diet: Change Your Gut, Change Your Life,” is already changing lives!
The Doctors welcome Karen and Brenda, who have been on the diet for the last few months to share their experience.
Karen has already lost 20 pounds and 4 inches from around her waist. “I thought my bikini days were over until I did this…compared to other diets, there is more variety. I didn’t feel like I was deprived… within a week, I actually felt different. I felt better,” she shares, explaining she now has fewer mood swings and her menopause symptoms like hot flashes have disappeared.
Brenda, who also lost 20 pounds and 4 inches from her waist, shares the biggest change she’s had since starting the diet. “I got so much more out of this than I was expecting. I was expecting to lose weight… I sleep through the night now. My digestive system is a lot more efficient and I have regular bowel movements now,” she says.
The Doctors reminds us that regular and consistent bowel movements are a good thing and can come about from a healthier diet.
