The Doctors discuss a new study from the University of Aberdeen which found that watching a show with your partner can fill in for the time a couple might spend with mutual friends. So, if a couple does not share friends from the same circle, the time spent watching a series together could fill that void. The study also found that couples that watch together tend to feel closer because they have another shared experience.

The Doctors remind the audience that it’s still important to do things like get your workout in and eating a healthy meal before plopping down in front of the TV.
