Working on your core is vital to your overall fitness and The Doctors welcome celebrity Pilates instructor Amy Jordan to share 3 moves that can help you develop and sculpt your abs.

"We want to start at the core, strengthening your body from the inside out, so you feel amazing in your own skin," Amy says of her approach to fitness, which targets the core first.

She explains that Pilates can help someone stand taller, feel better overall, and improve how your body moves throughout your daily life. 

You might be thinking you don't have enough time to workout, but Amy says even just a few minutes a day where you target the core can go a long way, and her exercises can be done in just minutes.

She suggests the moves: the rolling plank, a crisscross, and ab twists to really work your core. All of these moves, which you can see Amy demonstrate, can be done in the comfort of your home.
