Cosmetic Infidelity
Adrienne and her husband, Sal, have been married for 20 years. Little does Sal know, though, that Adrienne has secretly been getting cosmetic fillers injected  for the last five years! After having spent approximately $8,000 on these fillers and hiding the evidence of her treatments behind large sunglasses, Adrienne is ready to come clean to her husband. They join The Doctors, along with oculofacial cosmetic surgeon Dr. Joseph Eviatar, who describes how prevalent “cosmetic infidelity” is and how individuals get away with it.

“I’d say, one in four patients specifically say, ‘I don’t want my wife or husband to know I’m doing this,’” Dr. Eviatar explains.

By doing a little bit of work at a time and using skillful injecting techniques to create a more even and natural appearance, Dr. Eviatar says it can be easy to keep one’s treatments secret.

“If you’re going to have work done, you don’t want it to be so obvious that everyone on the street can say, ‘Oh, you just had major work done,’” ER physician Dr. Travis Stork adds.
