Gyno-mite!
Do you dread going to the gynecologist? You're not alone. Many women experience anxiety from having to place their feet in stirrups and bare it all on the exam table. OB/GYN Dr. Jennifer Ashton offers five ways to feel more comfortable at your next appointment
. “The gynecologist is a judgment-free zone,” she says. “So, if you have sexual escapades or issues that you think, socially, might be embarrassing, you need to tell us that. That’s important.”
Also, be sure to tell your doctor about any medications or herbal supplements you may be taking, as they can interfere with birth control medications.
“We have heard it all!” Dr. Ashton says. Whether you’re concerned about discharge, or suffering from pain during intercourse or unusual bleeding, it’s important that you consult with your doctor.

Healthy House Call
Kim and Thomas are high school sweethearts who have been married for 11 years. Since getting married, they’ve packed on the pounds and are now worried about passing on unhealthy eating habits to their two young daughters. The Doctors send in physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist Dr. Ian Smith to give Kim and Thomas a kitchen makeover
and help them on their path to a healthier lifestyle.
Dr. Ian says that even small changes can make a big difference in your overall health. After taking a look at Kim and Thomas’ refrigerator, he advises them to swap the thick-cut bacon for leaner turkey bacon and to cut out all the soda. He then sets them up on his Super Shred Diet — with a free membership to the YMCA of Portage, Indiana — to help them lose up to 20 pounds in just four weeks!
Tighten Your Tush
A truly dreamy derriere takes hard work and discipline. The Doctors, and personal trainer Brian Nguyen, offer up five booty-boosting workouts
