Whether it’s tobacco, alcohol or food, if you or someone you love is grappling with addiction, you’re not alone. Get the tools to quit in part three of the brand new reality series “The Doctors’ Wake-Up Call with Jillian!” Cameras roll 24/7 as three couples struggling with three addictions are given the wakeup call of their lives.

• Are you or is someone you love dealing with addiction? Tell us your story.

Steve, a husband, expecting father and leukemia survivor, is also a two-time DUI offender who smokes up to two packs of cigarettes a day. Can health and wellness expert Jillian Michaels open his eyes to the gravity of his reckless behavior?

Are Corey’s gluttonous eating habits sending him to an early grave? Jillian pushes him off the couch and on to the road to recovery.

And, see how addictions to chewing tobacco and excessive exercise are affecting Patrick and Terri's 22-year marriage.

When Jillian tasked the men with buying groceries for their stay at The Doctors' House, they returned with junk food, alcohol and tobacco. Jillian addresses their poor choices with their wives — Gena, Terri and Kelsey — in an attempt to motivate the women to confront their husbands and encourage them to make better choices. Will Patrick, Corey and Steven vow to change their ways?

Web Exclusives: Jillian explains why she had Patrick drink his tobacco saliva, E.R. physician Dr. Travis Stork explains why Patrick didn't vomit from consuming it and Terri shares her thoughts on the other housemates.

Alcohol’s Deadly Effects
While Steven admits to his cigarette addiction, he doesn’t believe he has a problem with alcohol, despite multiple DUI offenses.

To open his eyes to the fatal effects drinking and driving can have, Jillian puts Steven through a harrowing simulation.

Steven is arrested for causing a fatality while driving under the influence of alcohol.

While in jail, Steven comes face-to-face with a family whose lives were forever changed by a drunk driver.

Steven is shaken-up, and confides in Kelsey and Jillian about his emotional experience. Just how much did it affect him?

Overcoming Addiction with Exercise
“One thing that’s been integral for me in helping people overcome addictions is implementing incompatible behaviors,” Jillian says. “This basically means a behavior that is healthy vs. a behavior that is destructive.”

To help Corey, Patrick and Steven replace their destructive behaviors with healthy ones, Jillian puts the men through a rigorous workout. See how Corey, an obese food addict, struggles during his first workout in years, and hear the emotional story that brought him to this point.

Web Exclusive: The housemates dish on Corey's workout with Jillian.
• E.R. physician Dr. Travis Stork explains how exercise can improve both a person’s physical and emotional health.
