Foods to Avoid if you have Problem Skin:

• Dairy: Milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream and lattes all contain cow hormones that can increase oil production and clog pores.
• Sugar: When digested, sugar turns into glucose, which can break down collagen in the skin.

Increase Your Intake for Better Skin:
• Pizza: Wholesome whole wheat thin crust pizza with very little cheese, tomato sauce, green and yellow veggies and grilled chicken, will promote radiant and plump skin.
• Bloody Mary: Both virgin and non-virgin, this is the best cocktail for your skin. Tomato juice contains lycopene which has been shown to fight sun damage.
• Steak: Loaded with zinc, steak increases collagen and is abundant in anti-inflammatory properties, but since it is high in fat, be sure to enjoy it in moderation.
• Green beans: This vegetable is packed with silicon, which helps grow long, strong hair and nails.
