Aloe: Aloe is nature's best moisture for your skin — and it has anti-aging properties to diminish brown spots and wrinkles.

If you experience chronic canker sores, see a doctor, because they may indicate a more serious problem, such as: allergies; B12, Zinc or iron deficiency; celiac disease; inflammatory bowel disease or certain immune deficiencies.

This does not stop the bleeding, and in fact, it can cause blood to travel to your stomach, possibly leading to irritation and vomiting. It can also make you choke.
"Pressure, believe it or not, will stop the great majority of nosebleeds," Dr. Travis says. "The reason people often end up in the ER is because they'll hold for a minute, they'll let go, hold for 30 seconds." He adds that you should sit down, but do not lie down, because you want your nose to be above the level of your heart.
