im 16 years old..

im in grade 11 which is second year highschool... My favourite color is ( BLACK AND RED )
i know my name is hard but you can just call me ( JAZZY ..or.. ZOZO )
I have weight problems..im really over weight..plus im short which is a really bad thing..
and i have a problem with my face..:( I HAVE LOTS OF PIMPLES...they make me look soo bad..

hi you guyz....im 16 years old...and i've got lots of Pimples in my face...i dunno if it was my over weight which is causing it or not...i need a way to get rid of it..so if any one of you have a way..will you please share it with me...i want to have a clear face.... HOPLESS ME :(
overweight
since i became a teenager i started to add more weight...right now im overweight..i really want to lose weight so badly .. the problem is i dont know how..( I DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH SURGERY ).. i need help...i really hope you guyz could help me..plus im too short...i need to grow taller and im only 16 years old.. HOPLESS ME :(

it is not a big thing but you will have to do some things especially food issues to lose weight in healthy way and to keep your body healthy and about the height thing let me tell you what to do in getting healthy body and clear clean skin especially face issues.
1)about your dimples issue on your face let me say this do you eat a lot of sweets or salty food because these things can harm your skin a lot and try not to eat a lot of sweets you can have a bar of chocolate just one not a lot i know it is hard especially in teen age but try cutting down your sweets habit.
2)weight issue always happen when you eat a lot of fast food in your preteen age the whole body save the fats in your body and when you get into the teen age all shows so we need to think about eating small meals every three hours max and make it 5 to 7 meals a small one and please keep you away from fast food as it makes the body gain a lot of weight and makes your breath and heart condition a bad thing.losing weight is your question, the key is never think about your body weight but drink water 1 litre to 2 litre max a day and salade with every meal or try eating nature food like tomato and green leafs and vegetables are a good thing to eat in lunch,between breakfast and lunch you can eat salade a plate but with olive oil not any other oil because it is fat free and always make the body clean from fats.how about between lunch and dinner between these two because your body is still young we need carpohidrates and vitamin C and E so we should consider eating fruits like one bannana or two max try to have a chicken soup as we are in winter so it will make you feel better.let 's talk about dinner and it is important to eat salade in it with bread half or one bread and we can eat yougurt as well and always wait two hours before going to bed .
