Here are some tips to navigating the site.

You can view your most recent comments on the right side of your profile page. You can reach your profile by putting your cursor over the word COMMUNITY above and choosing VIEW PROFILE.  Once there, you can create your own personal BLOGs.

To view video clips, go to the top of any page and click VIDEOS. At the top of that screen is a search box.  It will return video clips, message board comments, and shows on that subject matter.

You can find information from today's show on the SHOW SUMMARY page.  To get there go up to EPISODES, choose TODAY'S SHOW.  On that page next to the Video box you will see SHOW HIGHLIGHTS along with other links related to the show.   For older shows choose THIS WEEK, or ARCHIVES from the drop down menu.

If you wish to discuss a show topic you do so from the link on the show page, or go to COMMUNITY and choose MESSAGE BOARDS.

If you want to learn more about a member, click their name and it will take you to their profile page. Once there you can post comments to them.

If you have chosen to have e-mails sent when you set up your account, then any time a post is made to a topic that you have commented in, or whenever someone comments on your profile or blog, our system will send you an e-mail to let you know. In that e-mail will be a link to the area that has the new comment. If you are unsure if you have checked that feature, then go up to COMMUNITY and choose EDIT ACCOUNT and make sure all 3 boxes are checked under EMAIL NOTIFICATION.  Likewise you can turn off e-mail notification by un-checking the boxes  In our show topic forums, at the top of the page is a WATCH box. Check that box to receive e-mail when there are new posts to that topic.  .

After posting a message or picture, if it does not show up immediately, please try refreshing your browser instead of clicking the "Add Comment" button again. This will prevent duplicate posts. If you find that you have accidentally posted the same message multiple times you can remove the duplicate posts yourself by clicking DELETE to the left of the extra post.

Comments on your profile page are just that. Posts directly to you. 

Blogs are peoples own personal Journals where they can start a discussion on any topic. You can choose to share it (Published), or keep it private (Draft).   If you share it, other members can join the discussion. To keep it private change the pull-down box to say Draft instead of Published.

Message Boards are more of a community gathering place to discuss topics or just chat depending on the board.  

Every day there is a message board created for that day's Episode.  That is where members can discuss the topics that were on the show that day.   So there is a Show Message Board that was created for the day we aired the 17 Day Diet Challenge.

Then there are message boards specifically for the 17 Day Diet Challenge that are totally focused on the CHALLENGE itself. They are similar, and do have areas that cross over because members can create topics themselves. 

If you are looking for advice from other members, you can create a BLOG, but most people find a message board that relates to their question and ask it there because the response will be bigger than if you post the question to a blog or profile.
