Originally from the  Chicago area, I have lived for over 35 years in Merida, Yucatan MEXICO. Mother of two exclusively breastfed NOW adult children, I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in private practice. Besides doing both hospital and house calls with my patients, I assist in setting up worksite breastfeeding support programs in a wide variety of work settings, helping mothers continue to breastfeed after returning to work.

Helping mothers enjoy their breastfeeding experience is my passion, both personally and professionally.
