Diet Pills...Yes? No?
I am currently on weight watchers and exercising regularly (5-6x per week). I am looking for a bit of an increase in my weight loss. One of the shows discussed diet pills and said that as long as you are eating healthy and exercising, diet pills are of assistance and are NOT bad for you. I was considering hydroxycut caffeine free. Has anyone had any experience with this type of pill or know anything about it?
