Forgot to say, I recorded the wedding .... I'm not such a fanatic I stayed up all night ... but then again, I have a DVR so..... well lets just say that when Charles and Diana got married it was before not only TiVo and DVR's but also VCR's so I do remember getting up for that with my Mom and watching it live. Anyway, I digress.
Today (or really last night) I recorded it and watched it this morning while fast forwarded to the best bits. My hubby had the day off and was reading the paper, totally uninterested in the whole thing until one moment..... when they left the church. I did not think he was even watching but then suddenly from the peanut gallery comes this comment:
"Wow, her nipples are really hard."
Yup, there you have it. His commentary on the biggest international wedding for this century, an important event that has vital repercussions around the world in terms of international relations regarding the marriage of the future King of England ... and that is what he noticed, typical man, I was busy wiping tears away that Diana was not there to see her handsome son and what do I hear? Kate's nipples were hard. You know after that, all I was looking at was her chest. *sigh* Kinda took the solemnity out of the moment ... but he was right!!! I even had to rewind to make sure... you know, it was true (actually they were hard on the way in too if we want to be accurate) and it totally made me laugh, really laugh. Love that.
Love, Lisa

Hadn't noticed ....but it's such a male comment!!!
Hi Lisa! I missed this post. How Funny! When I have time, I will have to look because I didn't notice. You would expect with all of the designers she could have, someone would have tried to address this. There is this teacher at the school I taught that has this problem. Ofcourse, I never noticed until I heard teachers and some students mention it. And now one can't help to notice every time.
Haven't heard from you in a while. Hope all is good with you!
Annie
