Well the front shot doesn't look that different but I can see it from the profile view! This is after just three weeks, lost 20 pounds, four inches from my waist.

Great progress writerchick1 ! 20 lbs in how long? That's half of my goal. That's got to make a nice difference in your clothing & comfort in addition to the noticeble change that's taken place! I'm sure people are noticing & complementing :) Good for you!

Oh, love how Dr Phil happens to be on, too!  keep it up!
