I'm a writer by profession, but have been on disability for the past 18 years, due to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I also have Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Disc Disease. But I do pretty well with my daily workouts on my Pilates machine. Without it, I'd be walking like the Hunchback of Notre Dame.

Thanks for responding. I have a Malibu Pilates Chair, I would love to have a bench. I will have to watch for QVC to have them on sale. The big toe thing may be a sign of Royalty, I was told by someone else a sign of intelligence. Tell my feet that when they start aching from the shoes I have suffered in all day. I may not look 70 but if you were to look very closely, this picture does not show how bad my complexion is. Truly it looks like the outside of an orange. Talk at you soon,

Thanks for agreeing to be my friend. I love the Doctors and have learned a lot since I started watching it. I also like the fact they use real people for their procedures. Hope to hear from you soon. The Piliates machine you have, it isn't by chance the Malibu Pilates? or is it a real Pilates Bed? I took Plilates for a while and loved it but it got to be to expensive. $200 every 6 weeks for a personal instructor and two sessions a week.
