The Doctor's are accepting applications for nominee's Monday, November 3, 2008 through Friday, November 14, 2008. On Tuesday, November 18th, 2008, 5 semi-finalists will be selected and contacted. Monday, November 24, 2008 on the Kidd Kraddick in the Morning show the four (4) finalists will be announced and their stories and photographs placed on Kiddlive.com for voting. From the time of Finalists announcement through 10:00AM CT on Monday, December 1, 2008, Kidd Kraddick in the Morning listeners and the Doctors television show viewers will vote on the four (4) finalists of the Gettin Sexy Back Ultimate Makeover. Whoever receives the most votes during the voting period will win the grand prize.

Hi, Have trouble seeing what I type in, have cataracs.  I've been writing in a lot tonight, hope this one goes through. Yuvonne, has been a big help to me.  I'm coming off 15 years of Valium for leg cramps and went into withdrawal last weekend.  Am much better now.  My doctor put me on Requip XL, which takes care of RLS and cmybalta for now.  Have to slow down on cutbacks of Valium.  I'm hooked, but don't need it anymore. Will definitely come off of it soon.  Kathy
