Hello all I have a friends who gets this done every 3 months,She loves it. I think it would be a good thing to do. I think even eating right I think a good flush would do us all good.

I have done the colon cleanse before,but I find that eating more fiber helps in the long run.(or a Mexican Dinner) lol.
I would rather think the Good Lord knew what he was doing when he designed my body. He meant for me to eat fresh fruits and salad. I don't think "my design" was ever meant to be fed processed and bio-engineered foods either though.
Sorry I just don't ever see myself getting one UNLESS I had to because of a colon scope or something medical like that, since my uncle is a colon cancer when I get older and have to do those types of tests,that is the ONLY reason I would ever do something like that. I guess for others' it if that want it they can do it.
