It is involed with the BMI but go to internet and look up BMI chart it is so much easier. Becuase you have to do from weight height X 703 it is easier to use the chart.

The BMI eqasion is really easy get a calculator enter your weight in pounds X 703 then press Divided by your height in inches then divided by your height in inches equals and that is your BMI
WT X 703 / HT / HT = BMI
