Slim fast/ yogurt shake- 4 net carbs

So today I weighed like i do everyday, lol and I gained a pound.  Havent eaten anything yet today.  I know that the weight goes up and down and at the end of the week u will c the results but I want to see them daily.  Go figure... However, I went shopping for food today and found a great new thing, well new to me.  They make low card slim fast shakes.  U freeze them and your carbmaster kroger yogurt and blend it.  It makes a fantastic shake and hides the yogurt taste.  Ahh Ha.  Only 4 total net carbs.......  Thank god I found something sweet and low carb,  I might make it.... They also have gordons fish filets grilled fish.  They are wonderful and no carbs.... If anyone out there knows of anything else I can try. Pls write me...

There are several recipes on the 17 Day Diet Recipe board that deal with Yogurt. You might want to look there for some ideas.

U freeze the slimfast in its container and freeze the yogurt in its container.  be careful not to let the slimfast freeze all the way, just to a slush, then pout yogurt and slimfast into blender and blend.... yumm

If u use krogers carbmaster yogurt vanilla and slim fast low card creamy choc it is great. omg great and only 4 net carbs for a huge shake... pour it ina frozen mug and put canned whipped cream on it.  Its only one carb per tsp.  its like going to sonic wo all the carbs.

Thanks!  Sounds yummy!  If you go to the message boards there are 2 areas of recipes.  The recipes that are provided by the 17 Day Diet and the other for people adding their own personal recipes.  I just added Chicken Cacciatore.  Try it...... it's yummy!
