I have to say before this diet started i liked green tea- now after day 10- cycle 1- I HATE IT. I think it is because i know i have to drink it. I can tell when I miss the morning hot green tea. I get hungry much faster. My husband says we should start growing our own green tea, LOL.
Anyway, to all you tea lovers out there, It tastes much better when drinking it is optional and not MANDITORY....
Who still loves green tea as much as they did before this diet?

I was never a fan of green tea, but I have to say the new Tetley's Green Tea with Blueberry or Pomegranate is actually quite nice. I asked, we are allowed to have that as it is real berries used in it, no added sugars.
I, on the other hand, did not like green tea AT ALL before this diet. I actually like it, now. I think that I like the mint green tea the best. I've tried the plain, the pomegranate and the peach, but I definitely like the mint the best. I just put a packet of Truvia in it and drink it down. To me, it's better than the other option of water, but I'm making myself drink that too.
I have always hated green tea! I have always loved black tea. So this was hard to give up the black for the green. Truvia is now my best friend.
I think though...this spring...I will try my hand at my own veggie garden.
