Even the lady doing the moderately challenged part. it is TOO HARD for me.... What do they think we are exercise freaks. I would have not gotten to 200 pounds if i could do the video, lol..... I need the intermediate beginner real 17 minute work out. Am I the only one out there having this problem, Please help!!!!!

You're not alone mohter2jared. I just got mine and while I'm familiar with the style (very similar to The Firm workout videos) I can't keep up with it yet. But I figure, I'll shuffle through and in a few days I'll be better, until eventually, I'll be kicking their butts...those skinny little freaks! I had the same problem with the Firm a few years ago but keeping at it does make a diff, so let's don't give up!
YEA.....I love you!!!!!!!!!
How disappointing! I still haven't received my book or video...yet the tracking number says it was delivered this past Sat. I just wonder to who.
Go figure.
And it looks like I'm not missing anything with that video...except some more disappointment. I've seen others with the same complaint. I'll stick to walking for now.
I agree with you. I was exhausted after the warm up. It was waaaay too fast with no explanation of how to do the exercises. I'd rather walk an hour than do that particular dvd
Not great marketing for sure! I laughed thru much of it. Especially when she is telling us "slowbies" to watch the lady on the right and most of the time she isn't in the screen. (LOL)
