THE WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT YOGURT.

THE BEST YOGURT OUT THERE IS MADE BY KROGERS.  IT IS CALLED CARBMASTER.  IT HAS ONLY 3 NET CARBS AND TASTE AWESOME.... I CLEANED OUT THERE SHELVES TODAY.  IT COST ABOUT 40 CENTS EACH.....  THIS YOGURT BEATS THEM ALL AND LORD KNOWS I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL...LOL

I agree with you on the yogurt, I love greek yogurt but when I say the sugar I picked up the Kroger CarbMaster.  Hopes that help.

I like light and fit by Dannon, only 80 calories in 6oz and they have alot of flavors.

I"m with RApostle...I eat the same thing.  The Greek yogurt is $1 each.  So I cant have it too often.
