I am Alice.  I am 29 years old.  I am a wife to Troy and mom to Wesley.  I am a nursing student at Aquinas College in Nashville TN.  We are active now.  We join the local YMCA and make it a goal to go every day.  We both come from families plagued with heart disease; diabetes; depression; high blood pressure.  We want to break the cycle of this in our family.  We eat healthy (organic when possible) and strive to instill these values in our son who has just turned a year old.
