I am a Mayor for a Rural Municipality located just outside the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba. My world is about taking care of my residents and giving the little time left to my family. (little time) With that said, there is no time for myself which I feel I need. Self health is becoming my priority I feel I have to make change.
