Thank you for your comment. I need all the help I can get. I went to the doctors the other day and was very disappointed to see that this year I have gain the 10 lbs back that I lost and plus additional 18. I really want to lose the weight and keep it off. I would love your help. Is there a way we can be friends on here?

Thanks for the info on requesting friendships - so is that the reason I cannos see that link for me but can see it for everyone else?

If you would like to request friendship from another member you need to click their name. That will take you to their profile page. Just below their picture is a link that says REQUEST FRIENDSHIP.  If you click that it will request friendship from that member.  They will have to APPROVE your request before it is final. Then they will be listed as one of your friends. You will have a link to them on your profile page. 

If you click COMMUNITY, you will be brought to your DASHBOARD.  On this screen you will see in the first paragraph if you have friendship requests pending approval.  If you click this link, it will take you to the list of pending friendships.  All you have to do is ACCEPT or DENY each request.  You can always come back to this page to reverse your choice.  

FYI if you have no pending friendships, there will not be a link.
