Today is my last day and I can't say I am sorry. 114.8 today! I finally saw the 4 in the 3rd spot! I know it might go up and then back down, don't care, it's going to go down and down. I just know it! I might have Cod tonight even though it isn't on the D17 - but it's a celebration! 4-5 pounds to go. No wine, though. I won't cave too much! Salad and lots of lemon wedges! Love that green tea (didn't think I would) and that lemon water in the morning. This cycle1 finally got easy for me. I really think it is a good cycle - a good thing to lower my carb addiction. I wish you all the luck I have had. I continue to have no time limit. Just health!

way to go!!
way to go...impressive.
Yeah, on to cycle 2. You did great on your first cycle. Cycle 2 is alot more fun. I am not an oatmeal eater, but I made the flourless pancakes (on the recipe site) that are made from oatmeal. I absolutely love them. I put sliced fresh fruit on them. They are very filling. The recipe makes about 8 pancakes. I have 3 and freeze the rest. They are yummy. I didn't go overboard on the carbs in cycle 2. Have a few favorites and stuck to that. Costco has some 1 cup containners of brown rice. You just pop in the microwave for 1 min 30 secs. I eat half a containner ( 1/2 cup). They are great, come in a package of 8 I believe. I love Costco. Enjoy cycle 2.
Thanks for your note Wags! AND congrats on finding the 4 LOL!!! I am just hovering below 170 but I am so okay with myself this way that slow loss is okay with me at this point. I will still try to get to 140, but thrilled not to be 230 anymore!!! I am now knocking on size 10 in jeans so, I am really happy. Just wish I could afford to have some tummy surgery, I don't know how to get rid of it any other way. I do over 200 crunches a day, walk 6 miles, sometimes jog 2 more....so, if i could afford it that would be my reward!
You are doing great and you have to be so proud of your healthy new self!
