I absolutely am having the best time. It is difficult as we all know to drop those last few pounds. But 2 oz a day may not seem like a lot to some people, but for me, 8 days of that equals a pound! Today I am down to 115.6 and with every 5 lbs I get a little more excited to drop however many more pounds my doctor and the charts say I should! I would have rejected the thought 2 months ago. When I reached my first goal at 120, I felt so thin. Of course I would. I started at 148. Now, I see myself in a different place.
Today I am making the vegetable chicken soup listed in the 17 Day Diet Book. I added garlic and cauliflower to it along with the rest of the vegetables and I just tasted it. A little bit of heaven! I added some chopped fresh parsley and basil and I can hardly wait for my lunch.
Good luck every body! I hope my day continues to be this successful!

You are doing fantastic! I would love to be at 115 lbs!!! But I know that that weight is probably unrealistic and unhealthy for me, since I'm a little on the tall side. Be sure to listen to your doctor and don't lose more than you should. I definitely want you to be healthy & happy :) My 70-year-old mom is on this diet too. She's 5 feet tall and is now maintained her weight at 113. She looks really good and is not too thin. She's just eating healthier than she has in a long time and goes for a 2-mile walk every morning. I'm so proud of her and hope to follow in her footsteps.
Congrats. I can't wait to see some significant losses for myself. It's always encouraging to read someones elses experience and to know that if they can do it, so can I (thanks for your kinds words on my blog as well!). Keep up the good work and I look forward to hearing about your continued journey.
Thanks guys, I love your comments and I am really excited when I read your blogs. I am with you both all the way! Hugs!
