I am  23 weeks pregnant and I have been troubled by a few things I have noticed. my breasts have become swollen, red and warm. I was curious if this is a sign of infection? I was given advice to pump, but only a ounce at a time. is pumping a good thing this early, Or if this is normal or good even. and if i do pump what should i look for?. what should  the good colostrum or milk look like at this time and what is abnormal? I would really appreciate any advice.
