I just found out today that i have high cholesterol. I have to start talking meds. for it tomorrow night. Im not very old so it scares the sh** out of me. I was really just wondering if anyone knows a good book or website to tell me what foods are good and what foods are bad? How to find out how to keep track of my daily cholesterol in take? Well, Thinks for your time.
