About Me

I am a Special Ed. Teacher for K-3rd Grade. I have been teaching for four years now. I really love the outdoors and being with people. I have also been married for two years. I have struggled with my health for years. I get pnuemonia at least 3-4 times a year. I have never smoked a day in my life. However, my lungs are very weak. I have Fibromyalgia and have never known what it has felt like to be out of pain or not to take medicine. I've have taken medicine since I was a toddler, and I can't live my life with out it.

I have four step children who I love and adore. I also come from a very loving family. I am excited to be apart of this network, because maybe "The Doctors." can help me. Besides that I get so much out of the show everyday. I get answers to embarrassing questions that I am afraid to tell my own Dr. I am excited to be here.

Heaven Isn't So Far Away

Dear Friends, My dad passed away from Alzehiemers/Prostate Cancer which the cancer spread up into his kidneys as well last week. He passed away on Jan 8, 2010 at 6:05 a.m. in the morning. Headaches & Accomplishment

Dear Friends, I've missed all of you so much. I have had a class the last seven weeks, and now I am done. I PASSED!!!!:) However, I have suffered from severe headaches for the the 4 weeks. I wake up 5-6 times a night, and am totally exhausted. I picked this picture for my BLOG because it makes me think that someday maybe, perhaps my days will get better. I guess it gives me some hope....

Hello everyone,

TGIF!!! I am sooooo glad it is Friday! Teaching school this week with all of my kiddos was a rough one. I have have a Sinus infections for the last 5 weeks. I have been on multiple antibiotics, and now I can tell it is starting to turn into pnuemonia. I hate that. However, I started a new medicine for my Fibromyalgia called Savella. It works wonderful. This is probably one of the few times I have been almost pain free.

It is cold here in Idaho. Last night the tempeture fell to 25 degrees Farhenhiet. It was cold. My dad is hanging on. He has Alzehimers. He has had it since he was 58 years old. The doctors told us that his case was a very malignant or fast progressing case. He has been my whole stabilty in my life until my met my husband two years ago. This week he did well.

I have two cats that are 7 years old. Their names are Snowflake and Tucker. Tucker is a very candid cat. One of his best friends is a Bull. He goes across the yard to the pasture and sits on his back. Then they will chase each other. The bull will trot along behind Tucker and play chase, and then they will turn around and Tucker will chase (at a trotting speed) the bull. He also likes to sit in our friends truck and put his paws on the steering wheel and pretend like he is driving.

Where's my camera when I need it. Everyone have a wonderful weekend. I definately will start writing more.
