I'm 54 years old,married, over weight by 29 lbs ,well thats what my Insurance company says. I have 2 sons 28,18. I also have 2 grand children who are my life, don't see much, sons in Army. I like flip flops, sweat pants, baggy t-shirts, shorts. Love to swim and go to beach

I'm the care giver for my whole family mom brothers,nieces everyone.I have 3 brothers who are all sick 2 with cancer,and one with a spot on lung so you can see I can,t find time for me but I know it's there I just have to find it.I've been keeping my nieces baby since she was born and have let my self go ,I stay depressed a lot. I don't have time to myself. I need help to learn to relax!
