Hi Tammy.  My youngest child is Cammie.  She's almost 7.  The Dr's kept telling me that they thought she might be ADHD which I think is way overrated in our society.  I work in the medical field and was in pediatrics for awhile.  So many Dr's are willing to put kids on medication for ADHD and I don't believe that is always the correct route.  I was extremely frustrated trying to raise Cammie and took the doc's advice.  She was placed on adderal.  It made her an absolute zombie.  She wouldn't eat, wouldn't drink and scared me to death.  I took her off the medication and read the book called 1,2,3 Magic from front to back in less than a day and got her more active with other kids and couldn't ask for a better child.
