I am a retired nurse/teacher.  I and my husband, a retired pilot, travel extensively.  We do not have children except for a furry child, a Boston Terrier.

I am very outgoing and informed and many subjects.  I taught history, reading, english and health care givers.  I pick my friends carefully because they usally become family.  Not having children, it is just my husband, my mother and my stepdad in the "blood" family.  But, my extended family is large and varied.

We both watch the Drs. and when we are not around we record it.

If you go to Webmd.com and type in DVT, Sherry, you will see an article about DVTs and understand why I love watching and educatiing people.  In 2003, I was told by a Dr. to have a will before morning as I would not live.  I guess I knew better because, I AM STILL HERE AND PLAN TO BE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!
