well I am a 39 year old mom of 2 beautiful children. They are my world. I focus on my weight for me, but I also need to lose weight so that I can spend more time with my children. Im afraid im not gonna live long because of my weight. I am 5'5 and weigh 319. Thats the biggest I have ever been. I have alot of past issues and I have never been small. I just always wished i knew what it felt like to be thin. My daughter is 12 and is also taking the same path. She weighs 180 pounds and Im scared for both of us. My will power is ziltch but I am trying to keep going and living life keeps me trying to lose weight. I cant afford any diets like weight watchers or jenny craig. I just need help more then ever now for me and my family.
