Dr. Lisa recommended "Cool Flash" for hot flashes and night swests.  The only place I could find it was at drugstore.com, so I ordered it.  It's great and it works.  But, at $10 for l/2 an ounce, plus $6. for shipping, it's not cheap.  I've discovered another solution that I wanted to share.  Any foot cream that contains mentol/pepperment works just as well.  Currently I use one by J.R.
