WOW!

7 days and DOWN 9 pounds!  I couldn't believe my eyes!  I am on day 10 and this no longer feels like a "diet" .. I have to admit the first 5 days were a challenge.. I believe if you can make it to day 5 or 6 you will have no problem continuing this diet!

Today I have prepared curried chicken (chicken breast fried in curry powder mixed with a little lite cream cheese & a big scoop of fat free yogurt)  Fry a thin egg white and use it as a wrap for the curry mixture ... delish!

I ALWAYS have a batch of chili in the fridge!

I ate lots of veggie chili.. taco salad .. spinach dip & curried chicken..  The first 5 days were rough becasue I use to eat alot of sugar (candy bars) I have replaced my love for chocolate with a scoop of yogurt.. splenda and cocao ..it def fills that sweet craving!  I AM SOOOOO HAPPY!!  I have never ever been able to follow through with a diet!!!  Sooooo proud of myself!

Currently 172.5 pounds!
