Ok i have messed up.. I am starting today Sunday.. Jan. 9,2011. If there is someone out there that wants to help me keep up and lose and stay busy PLease become my friend... I cannot seem to get motivated and stick to it.. I can be a pusher too. CONTACT ME... sUE

Day 2 and I am down 1 lb... been doing my exercise bike ... some arm toning.. arthritis is not helping... but push on big mama and burn baby burn
Sue, I want to be your friend and we can hold each other accountable and encourage each other to stay on board. I'm working on Day 2 and I'n only thinking one day at a time. Monday, Jan 10, was my Day 1. I haven't weighed yet, today, but I know I had lots of trips to the bathroom yesterday. I am only gonna weigh in every Monday morning offically. I want to give it long enough to be effective. Day to day, my weigh changes anyway, so that wouldn't be fair to the plan to weigh each day and be dissappointed if I haven't lost enough or at all.
How often do you weigh? How much do you want to lose? Susan
Well hello and goodbye JAN. 21, 2010... I have messed up on my diet again and stayed there for 4 days now.. needless to say I did good for 9 days and lost about 7 lbs. Did good all day on the 10th day and then just messed up and ate and ate that night. What that crap is wrong with me.????? I am really depressed at this point... and I really do not understand much of this site at all...

Message Boards are more of a community gathering place to discuss topics or just chat depending on the board.
Every day there is a message board created for that day's Episode. That is where members can discuss the topics that were on the show that day. So there is a Show Message Board that was created for the day we aired the 17 Day Diet Challenge.
Then there are message boards specifically for the 17 Day Diet Challenge that are totally focused on the CHALLENGE itself. They are similar, and do have areas that cross over because members can create topics themselves. If you are looking for a lot of interaction, then message boards are for you.
If you are looking for advice from other members, you can create a BLOG, but most people find a message board that relates to their question and ask it there because the response will be bigger than if you post the question to a blog or profile.
