Scars on face

At 52 I had facial resurfacing done for my acne scars. Finally decided to do something for myself after raising the kids. Wanted to be able to wear my hair up for a change.  That was 2 yrs ago.  Well after the surgery  I was l left with rolling scars all over my cheeks & chin, a brown spot with a dent & a huge patch around the scars that i had the surgery for. I also had pigmentation changes & was red for months.  I have gone through numerous treatments to raise some of the scars such as fraxel, affirm, smooth beam, etc & ipl treaments for the pigmentation.  Ipl helped for the redness but nothing seems to help with the scars.  Is there anything I can can do for the ones I am now left with? Should I go another resurfacing?  My doctor was a Board Certified in Tampa but after the results he threw me to the curb.  I've been seeing another laser specialest in Philly who I am grateful is trying to help but nothing seems to be working.  Spent thousands on treatments & creams but my skin doesn't seem to be the same after the surgery. So tired of looking at myself & only seeing scars& now their worse than before. Any doctor out there who can give me some advice ?  So tired of staying in.

The most natural way to clear up the face is to eat allots of greens such as spinach, broccoli, lettace, etc. or drink chrysanthemum tea.  Your ying and yang is imbalance.  You will be suprise how fast your face clear up.

Thanks faselock but I don't have a problem with breakouts.  I eat tons of spinach, it's my favorite & broccoli is second.  I drink green tea everyday & have for years & have a salad with every meal.  My problem is scars & they don't go away with the foods you eat otherwise they'd be gone.  Read everything on line I can about how to get rid of them & the only thing that you can really do is laser or needling. Creams, Vit E, Bio & Mederma  haven't done a thing for me either so now I'm trying laser on my face & needling on a scar on my knee to see how that works out for me. I'll be posting results from the treatments I've been getting in case it might help someone else.  So far a laser called Smooth Beam is helping a bit. Only had 2 treatments so far so it's too soon to say that it's great but I'll keep you all posted.
