Anyone ever try needling? I heard it works for scars & helps moisturizers & creams work better.  So far everything I found seems to say it does help. Never heard of it before but it's been used for quite a while now. Supposedly it breaks up the scar tissue then new collegen grows when it heals & helps the appearance of the scar.  Why don't doctors tell us more about it ? Anyone know?
