Learn from me and sleep far from the edge of the bed.
It's three in the morning, I rolled over, and started to fall off my bed cuz I was too close to the edge, I put my arm out to catch myself on the little end table I have next to my bed, but my elbow subluxated ( or partially dislocated) out and scared the heck out of me so I pulled my arm back which poped my elbow back in, but also resulted in me crashing to the floor. Now I am in a cast for three 1/2 weeks, and then I get to get it off, start exercises, and wear a brace for a number of months.
So learn from me, don't sleep near the edge.

Ooo...no fun there, I learned young not to sleep near the edge of a bed fortunatly...not in a painful way though, I had a nightmare in which a giant spider ran under my bed and it was so realistic I was scared till I no longer owned that bed 10 years later (and three houses, 5 bedrooms later). It really is annoying at times how seemingly little things can lead to pretty nasty injuries, especially when you have a condition that leads to such things. With my DI I also have the joint issues that can go with both it and OI. Usually I do ok, but any little thing can set off the problems *laughs* Hope you heal up well, I know these things can go quickly or take forever.
