So for the last couple days I have been in an asthma attack! It hasn't been the worst one ever, the one I had this last summer was way worst, but it still is pretty bad. I am on albuterol, atrovent, symbicort, prednisone, and lidocaine nebs to help, it is slowly gettin better, but it sucks! I am getting little sleep most nights, because I wake up coughing and although I have had it since I was 2, I still wish that it didn't suck so bad.

Im with you ! mine has been so bad I thought i was gonna be biting atube the other night ! thats not fun to say the least !.I thought I found a dr but was wrong . Hes affiliated with a hospi I very much dislike ! If i was injured out front of their door i would crawl to a walk in center first . So my search conitinues. But i was confused with one of your neb meds used , you wrote lidocaine ?? feel better as we WHEEZE along !!!!!!

I do use Lidocaine nebs, they basically give me lidocaine in the liquid form because my upper bronchial tubes start spasming so much that I can't get the albuterol/ atrovent down into my lower bronchial tubes where I need it. You might want to look into it, it tastes nasty but really helps.
