About Me

I'm a small town/rural Christian woman.  I've been married 35 yrs, have 2 adult children and 2 grandsons that delight my life.  I love to read esp mysteries, historical fiction, & whatever my grandsons want me to read to them. 

My husband & I have several chronic health issues each.  We are very thankful God has blessed us with an excellent Primary Care Doc and good health insurance.

Binge Eating, not feeling full

Wondered if anyone has to fight Binge Eating disorder?  I was SO relieved when When my Psychiatrist / Behavioral Health Specialist explained I wasn't a glutton, there was a sensor disconnected in my brain.  After a few weeks on medication I discovered FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE what is was to feel full after eating what "normal" people would consider a reasonable amount of food.  WOW!!!   I no longer polish off an entire...
