I am 26yrs old and I live in Tennessee. I have a boyfriend of 10yrs and we have two children ages 9 and 4. I attend TTU majoring in Special Education. I am not fat but I would love to loose some stomach fat and have my breast reduced. Anything else you would like to know just let me know. I love to buy purses.

Hello everyone!! I want to know if anyone has been successful in losing their stomach fat besides doing sit ups and crunches. A good diet. I am thinking. Do you think you can loose weight by cutting down how much you eat and exercise? What do you think?

Hi, I have this really bad problem with my stomach and I want to know if anyone else has this. My stomach make these sounds like growling , gas, or boiling but I don't have any of this. I checked with the doctor and have had tests ran and they did not find anything. Does anyone else have this and can help?

Hello snjones how have you been. I wanted to let you know that the doctor told me I had to give up coffee, soda, and chocolate. You should try it for a few weeks and see what happens.
