I have two dark spots above my upper lip that several doctors can't tell me what they are. It looks like I have dirt there or hair but it's neither. Any ideas on what they are or does any one else have this same problem? Also I have a white fatty deposit under my left eye that a thyroid doctor said it was a sign of high cholesterol (can't remember what he called it) and it doesn't hurt  but bothers me because it's ugly and I get tired of trying to explain to my family what it is. Does anyone else have this and do es anyone know how to get rid of it?
