I just had my 35th Birthday 2 weeks ago, my husband insisted on capturing the moment. After looking at the pictures I realized I let myself become unhealthy again. I have struggled with my weight for 14 years now after my 1st daughter 3 daughters later and Im a wopping 178lbs at 5'4". I had lost alomost 30 lbs over the past year and half. Ive gained about 15lbs back after losing my job in June.  I eally want to be healty not just for the self esteem and confidence it brings but I want to be around for many more years to come. I know I have a very exciting future of grandchildren  to  come.
