I am 37 years old. I have one daughter and I have been struggling with my weight for over a 11 years (ever since I gave birth). I am afraid of getting hypertention because most of my family members suffer from this disease. I am at my heaviest weight which is 237 Ibs. and it scary. I want to be around to take care of my daughter as I a a single parent. I want to see my grand kids when she grows up and I am afraid that if I do not change my life style I will not be able to see this happen. I hope that this website will give me advice as to how to lose the wegiht. Scared and Desperate,   slimgirl2011!!
