Even though I am not a big sports fan, I am attending my grandchildrens' birthday party on Super Bowl Sunday. Since it is a potluck it gives me the opportunity to bring "my healthy foods" so I won't be tempted to "pig out" on unhealthy ones.
I plan on bringing veggie and fruit trays. I am looking for a good yogurt based dip that we can use on the plan - any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
How are the rest of you going to attack the temptations of Super Bowl Sunday? Good time to share and plan ahead.
