Yesterday was my first day on Cycle 2 - and I felt very tired and sleepy with the added carbs. Up until then I have had more energy.
Has anyone else experience this reaction to adding more carbs?
Next time I will reduce the serving size of the carbs, just in case I am more sensitive to them after reducing the amount of carbs for 17 days.
Any feedback?

Hi SlimDeb. I'm on day 5 of cycle 2 and had a similar experience. For me it was also the red meat. I now eat my first starch for breakfast and the seocnd for lunch. I have found it helps to do my workout early in the day which helps me to re energize.
Yes, I have experienced the lower energy on Cycle 2. My weight loss has slowed down as well. I really think its the carbs. Hopefully, our bodies will adjust to the carbs.
